SHIPPING POLICY

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Italy: 7-10 business days (12–14 for islands or remote areas).
European Union: 14–21 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the package. Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or above a certain purchase threshold.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and preferably in the original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, for which we will cover the shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
